Upon arriving at our facility, cylinders-tanks are recorded by customer, location, pressure, size and serial numbers, a bar-code is then placed on all cylinders-tanks from a hand-held device directly off the truck to insure no loss or misplacement of the cylinders or tanks. Cylinders-tanks will have their bar-codes scanned at all sections of the shop. This will insure that all safety checks are met and will keep track of all steps in our custom database.
Our proprietary customer information tracking system combined with our exclusive online client login feature allows clients to track everything about their order and account securely online. View current and past invoices, search cylinder history by serial number, check on the status of your tanks and view company history by branch or region and so much more.
